Creamy 80g of bittersweet chocolate
Half a cup of water
One small cup of natural yogurt
Half a cup of butter or margarine
One and three-quarters cups of confectioner's sugar
Four large eggs
One tablespoon of vanilla extract
Two cups of all-purpose flour sifted with baking soda and salt
One pinch of salt

Melt the 80g of chocolate, add water and mix well
Remove from heat and let cool
Add one small cup of yogurt and set aside
Beat the butter or margarine until creamy
Add confectioner's sugar and beat until smooth
Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth
Add vanilla extract
Sift flour with baking soda and salt
Combine with chocolate mixture, alternating with yogurt mixture, and mix well
Beat until just combined
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
