Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Grease the baking sheet with butter and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper

Brush the parchment paper with butter and dust with cake crumbs
Preheat oven to low temperature
Place the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven

Dust a clean kitchen towel with a little all-purpose flour
With care, flip the baking sheet over the towel and remove the cake
Remove parchment paper

Using the towel, roll the mixture into a smaller diameter like a creamsicle
Transfer to a serving dish, dust with all-purpose flour, and decorate with orange zest.
