1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of cooked and mashed abiu
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/3 cup of milk
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and butter or margarine until light and fluffy
Add the eggs and whisk well
Add the abiu, orange juice, and milk
Add the remaining ingredients except for the dried cranberries
Whisk until smooth
Add the dried cranberries and mix
Pour into two 22cm-diameter greased and floured cake pans and bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
Serve.
