Dough
1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of cold butter cut into pieces
1/2 cup of cold water
Mousse
350g of dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup of water
5 egg whites beaten
7 large egg whites whipped
Dough

Mousse

Dough: Mix together flour, chocolate chips, baking soda, salt, and sugar
Then, add the cold butter cut into pieces and mix well
Add the cold water and mix until a homogeneous mass forms
Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours
Unwrap the dough and roll it out to line the bottom and sides of a removable pan
Bake in a medium oven for about 15 minutes, then let cool
Mousse: Melt the dark chocolate chips over low heat and stir in the water
Let it cool, then beat in the egg whites until stiff
Slowly mix in the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate them
Pour the mousse over the cooled dough and refrigerate until firm
Serve decorated with fresh strawberries and mint.
