1/2 cup of condensed milk
1 jar of coconut milk (200 ml)
300g of white chocolate, shaved
150g of shredded coconut
500ml of fresh heavy cream

Mousse
1 In a saucepan, place the condensed milk and let it caramelize
Add the coconut milk gradually and mix until the condensed milk dissolves completely
Turn off the heat, add the white chocolate and mix until melted
2 Add the shredded coconut, mix delicately, and let it cool
Beat the heavy cream in a blender until stiff peaks form and add to the chocolate-coconut mixture, just chilled
Assembly
1 Spread the coconut mousse over the cake, using the same mold used for baking
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
Before serving, sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut
