Combine the coffee, milk, sugar, honey, lightly beaten egg, and panned flour in a bowl
Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon and transfer to a pan
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until it reaches a thick consistency
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Use a cookie cutter to cut out the caramel forms and let them cool completely
Wrap each ball in wax paper or store them in an airtight container.
