4 cups of sifted flour
3 tablespoons (level) of active dry yeast
1/2 cup (level) of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
1 cup of strong brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 cups of sifted flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients and sift together
Add the melted butter or margarine, half of the milk, and mix well
Beat well and add the remaining milk and each egg, beating well separately
Add the vanilla extract and beat again
Pour into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a moderate oven for 50 to 60 minutes
Cover with your preferred white glaze.
