2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (270g)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (960g)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease and flour a 35x23 cm baking dish
Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl, scraping the sides of the bowl
Whisk for 3 minutes
Pour into the prepared pan
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Takes about 45 minutes to bake
Cuts into 24 squares.
