Prepare a custard: mix the almonds with the water and bring to low heat
Stir until the almonds dissolve, then do not stir again
Cook the custard
until it reaches the thread stage
Remove from heat and add grated cheese, lightly beaten eggs, butter, and flour, gradually
Stir until a smooth dough forms
Grease muffin tin cups and fill with the dough
Place in a preheated moderate oven to lightly brown
