Butter (for greasing)

2 3/4 cups of grated cheese (500g)
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (200g) or 3/4 cup of shredded coconut (60g), hydrated in 1/2 cup of coconut milk (120ml)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Grease a 21cm x 31cm tartlet pan with butter. Reserve
In the stand mixer, beat the eggs lightly
Add the remaining ingredients gradually, beating constantly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Place in the prepared tartlet pan and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (approximately 25 minutes)
Remove from the oven and let cool
Unmold onto a decorative plate and cut into squares
Serve at room temperature
