Pastry dough: In a saucepan, heat the water, then add the butter and gradually whisk in the flour
Stir until the mixture forms a ball at the bottom of the saucepan
Let it cool, then mix in the whole eggs

Place the pastry dough in a piping bag and shape into puffs on a greased and floured baking sheet

Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown

Filling: Mix well the ingredients and heat over medium heat
Stir until thickened, let it cool, cut the puffs in half and fill
Serve by dusting with confectioner's sugar.
