5 scoops of cream ice cream
2 scoops of crunchy sorbet
chocolate sauce or store-bought topping, to taste
5 scoops of cream ice cream

Line the bottom of a 21cm diameter and 11cm height round mold with parchment paper
Set aside 1 scoop of cream ice cream
Use the remaining to cover the entire base and sides of the mold, leaving a hole in the center
Fill with alternating layers of crunchy sorbet and chocolate sauce
Top with the reserved cream ice cream
Place in the freezer until firm
Demold and serve
Serves 6-8 people.
