In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and bring to a simmer over medium heat until it forms a caramel at the bottom
Let it cool, remove half a spoonful, knead with your fingers, and roll in almond

Fill with a tablespoon of cupuaçu fudge
Form into a ball and close
Roll in almond again and let dry for a day

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and dip the fudge bombs
Let it set on a smooth, cool surface, then wrap in parchment paper.
