Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove any stems and place them on paper towels to drain excess liquid
In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the half-and-half until it forms a smooth mass
If necessary, add more half-and-half
Shape into balls and flatten slightly with your palms
Wrap each strawberry with the milk mixture
Place them on parchment paper and let sit for 15 minutes
Melt the white chocolate or semi-sweet according to the package instructions
Use a fork to bathe the mousse in the melted chocolate
Chill in the refrigerator until set
Serve immediately.
