Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine
In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate, sugar, butter or margarine, and milk over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts
Pour this mixture over the crushed popcorn and mix well
Shape into 2.5 cm diameter balls, place on the prepared baking dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Yield about 30-35 pieces
