Beat in a blender the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and three whole eggs
Pour the fudge into a round mold with a hole in the center previously greased with butter or margarine
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place the dessert in a medium oven under a water bath for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the fudge is set
Remove the fudge from the mold while still warm and dust it with chopped chocolate
Let the dessert sit in the refrigerator for six hours before serving.
