In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove from heat
Allow to cool slightly
Add the egg and beat until the mixture is smooth and shiny
Add the glucose syrup, salt, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Add the coconut and pecans
Refrigerate
Form a roll 25 cm in length
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least one day
Cut into slices.
