Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Mix well until completely melted
Blend all the ingredients, including the melted chocolate, in a blender
Pour into a 17.5cm mold with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and dusted with powdered sugar
Place in a bain-marie to bake for about an hour or until, inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Let cool, unmold, and decorate with crunchy chocolate balls
