Preheat the oven to 400°F
Melt the chocolates separately in a double boiler

In a blender, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and heavy cream
Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture and mix in the melted semi-sweet chocolate
In the remaining mixture, blend well the white chocolate

Place the white mixture into a baking dish with a central hole
Spread over it the chocolate mixture and, using a fork, press down

Bake in a water bath at 400°F for one hour.
