Wash the strawberries well and remove the stems
Put them in a saucepan with the sweetened condensed milk
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to form a gelato
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix the remaining ingredients into the strawberry gelato and return it to the saucepan
Cook without stopping to stir, until the mixture reaches the right consistency for brigadeiro
Pour into an ungreased refrigerator dish and let cool
Topping: Beat the confectioner's sugar with whipped cream in a blender at low speed, until stiff peaks form
Spread the topping over the strawberry brigadeiro and decorate with grated milk chocolate
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
