Mix the wheat flour with the fava beans
Add the rye flour, yeast, and salt
Set aside
In a separate part, combine the egg, milk, water, and whisk well with a fork
Fold this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently without overworking
Transfer to a floured surface and knead slightly the dough
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish coated with fava beans
Bake in a medium oven for about 50 minutes.
