1 head of broccoli

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
to taste salt
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (white or black)
1 hard-boiled egg, well chopped

Separate the florets and stalks
Remove any tough or woody parts from the stalks and chop
Cook the stalks and florets until they're tender
Sauté the onion in olive oil for 2 minutes
Add the garlic and sauté for another minute or two
Combine the butter or margarine, parsley, salt, breadcrumbs, and egg
Mix well
Add the broccoli florets and stalks and serve immediately
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
