1 bunch of broccoli, florets cooked and drained

2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown
Discard the garlic and add the broccoli, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently
Sprinkle with cheese and heat until melted
Serve 6 portions.
