Mix the yeast with the water and 1 cup of bean flour
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Combine the mashed sweet potato, sugar, wheat flour, and melted butter
Mix well
Add the salt and remaining bean flour
Shape a dough and use a wooden spoon to form small balls
Place them in a greased baking dish
Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes
Heat the oven to high temperature
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
