Preheat the oven to 180°C

Grease the pan with butter and dust with all-purpose flour, then set aside

In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally, until smooth

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and instant coffee powder until well combined
