Butter and flour a 9-inch square baking pan or line with parchment paper. Reserve
Prepare the chocolate mixture: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth
Let cool for 10 minutes
Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Mix in the flour and salt
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
For the cream cheese mixture: In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, orange zest, egg, and flour until smooth
Pour over the chocolate mixture and use a knife or spatula to gently swirl the two mixtures together
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let cool completely in the pan, then cut into squares and serve
