Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Beat the butter (or margarine) with sugar
Add the eggs, melted chocolate, wheat fiber, flour, and salt
Beat well
Add the vanilla and mix
Spread into an 18 x 25.5 cm greased baking dish
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
