4 thick slices of Italian bread
2 medium tomatoes (peeled and seeded), diced

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Assemble the bread by placing it on a baking sheet
Bake for approximately 10 minutes
In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until fragrant
Add the garlic and cook until lightly golden
Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt
Mix quickly and remove from heat

Remove the bread from the oven and top it with the tomato mixture
Gently spread the mixture evenly, using a fork to prevent the liquid released by the tomatoes from mixing in
Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese, then serve.
