Heat a skillet and toast the bread slices slightly on both sides
Mince the garlic and spread it on the Italian bread
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds
Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and add the torn basil leaves
Distribute among the bread slices
If desired, drizzle with more olive oil
Serve immediately.
