Burritos are simply wraps made with Mexican pancakes, tortillas.

For the filling
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 clove of minced garlic
to taste
1 can (250g) of tomato-free sauce
4 cups of cooked beans
2 cups of shredded chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese

1 can (250g) of tomato-free sauce
4 cups of cooked beans
2 cups of shredded chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of grated cheese
Prepare the tortillas according to the recipe and keep them warm
For the filling
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the same pan where the tortillas were made
Add the onion and garlic
Fry until the onion is golden brown
Add pepper
Add the tomato-free sauce and simmer
Add 1 cup of cooked beans and mash well with a fork
Add a bit more olive oil and bean mixture, heating and mashing again
Continue until all the oil and bean mixture are used up
Divide the chicken into 12 portions
Place 1 portion in the middle of each tortilla
Cover with about 3 tablespoons of the bean mixture
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling
Fold the other side on top
Fold the two remaining ends to form a 'wrapping' shape
