1 chopped onion

500 g of shredded cooked chicken
250 g of sliced mozzarella

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes over low heat
Add baking soda and season with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a greased form, create alternating layers of tomato sauce, lasagna noodles, chicken, and mozzarella
Finish with a layer of mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble
Sprinkle grated cheese and serve immediately.
