Season the fish with salt, pepper, lemon, and cilantro
Set aside. Reserve
Sauté the onion and butter in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes, covered
Add the fish with the lemon juice and water
Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes
Flip the fish posts once, carefully while cooking
Serve with mashed potatoes or cassava mash
