1 medium onion
4 tablespoons of hydrogenated fat
4 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of parsley
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1 dash of pepper

1 cup of canned tuna (flaked)
2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes

Chop the onion and add it to the fat, cooking until softened
Add the flour and mix in the tomato puree, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Mix in the tuna and pour into a baking dish
Cover with mashed sweet potatoes
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are golden brown
