1 and 1/2 tablespoon of coffee grounds
2 cups of water
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of coffee grounds
2 cups of water
Place the water in a pot and bring it to a boil
When boiling, add the coffee grounds without stirring
As the froth rises, remove the pot from the heat and wait for 1 minute
Repeat the process three times
Add a few drops of cold water to the mixture and let it rest for 2 minutes to allow the grounds to settle at the bottom of the pot
Serve carefully in individual cups to avoid agitating the grounds.
