1/2 dose (25 ml) of Frangelico liqueur (made from hazelnut)
1/2 cup of freshly brewed or strong espresso coffee
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings to taste

Sufficient for Irish Coffee (290 ml)

Combine the ingredients and refrigerate
Preheat the glass by immersing it in hot water
Place the ingredients in the glass in the order above
Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
