Pour the hot coffee over the chopped oranges
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Then, stir in
Reheat the coffee without letting it boil
Sweeten to taste if desired
Pour into 4 cups
Whisk the heavy cream
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar
Place on top of the coffee and garnish with orange zest and chocolate
