2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of coffee

Place the water in a pot and put it on the stove
While this is heating up, arrange the paper filter on its support and place the coffee grounds in it
As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat
Drain slowly (and with great care) the hot water over the coffee grounds so that it covers the entire surface
When the water has stopped dripping, add a little more to reach the desired level of brew
Repeat this operation until all the water has finished
