1 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
1 cup of Sugar

In a saucepan, melt the sugar to caramelize
Add the water gradually, stirring constantly until all the sugar dissolves
Add the salt and heavy cream and mix
Remove from heat and serve
