Mix the yogurt, coconut, coconut milk, and coconut flakes. Reserve
Prepare the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and combine it with the whipped cream
Stir and add to the other ingredients
Pour into molds and refrigerate for four hours
Syrup
Make a syrup by boiling the coconut and water, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Add the mango and blend in a blender
Serve over the coconut gelatin.
