Grind the roasted peanuts in a meat grinder using the finest grinding attachment
Make a syrup with the peanut and water mixture
Add the ground peanuts, egg yolks, and wheat flour to the mixture
Mix everything well and add the syrup
Stir
Finally, place the egg whites in a meringue state
Bake on a greased and floured 35 x 24 cm tray
After cooling, cut into small pieces and dust with confectioner's sugar
Makes 28 desserts
