Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and reserve
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and flour with a wooden spoon
Add the reserved chocolate mixture and all-purpose flour, stirring well
Bake the oven at medium temperature and grease the molds with butter
Distribute the dough into the molds and place them in a baking dish
Bake for 15 minutes
The center of the fritters should be creamy
Remove from molds and serve still warm.
