In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the sugar gradually, beating well until stiff peaks form. Reserve
In a blender or food processor, combine the chocolate and boiling water
Beat until smooth
Add the yolks, orange liqueur, and grated peel
Beat again until creamy
Fold in the reserved egg whites until no white streaks remain
Divide into individual cups or a larger serving dish
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
If desired, top with whipped cream
Serve chilled, 4-5 hours.
