Shell the shrimp, leaving the heads on
Carefully remove the gizzards
Cook the shrimp in boiling water with a pinch of salt
Slice the okra into rounds
Bring the water to a boil along with the dashi soup mix
Allow it to simmer
Add the okra and soy sauce, then turn off the heat
Place 1 shrimp in each serving bowl
Ladle the hot broth over them and serve immediately, garnished with 3-4 lime wedges.
