Masa: 500g wheat flour

1 egg.
Fillings:
2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg for brushing

Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a bowl, combine wheat flour, active dry yeast, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, water, and egg
Mix until just combined without overworking
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
On a floured surface, divide the dough into four parts, roll out each portion into a circle
Place a half banana slice on each circle
Dust with sugar and cinnamon
Fold the dough like a pastry, seal edges tightly, and brush with beaten egg
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown
