Preheat the oven
Cook the camarão, covered, in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes
Drain and reserve the broth
Mix the butter with the mustard and spread it over the bread slices
Cut into squares
Arrange the squares of bread, cheese, and camarão in layers in a refrigerated form greased
Beat the eggs, milk, and reserved broth
Season to taste and pour into the prepared form
Bake in a water bath until, when inserting a knife, it comes out clean
This should take about 1 hour
Serve immediately.
