In a medium bowl, mix together the crab, water, lime juice, and salt. Reserve
In a medium skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil over high heat until golden (about 3 minutes)
Add the tomato, mango puree, vinegar, and red pepper sauce
Mix well and let simmer for about 3 minutes
Add the crab with seasoning and cook until opaque (about 3 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately
