1 clove of mashed garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste
3 large onions (450g), cut into thin slices

Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Brush a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil and reserve
Season the fish with garlic, parsley, ginger, lemon juice, and salt
Place it in the reserved baking dish, distributing the onions on top and drizzle with olive oil
Cover with aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven until a fork inserted into the fish comes out easily (about 30 minutes)
During this time, baste at least twice with the liquid that forms in the baking dish
Serve afterwards
