1 1/2 kg of clean medium-sized shrimp
3 tablespoons of butter
salt, pepper, green onion, and parsley to taste
1 can of raisins
200 g of thinly sliced ham
200 g of cheddar cheese in slices
1 liter of heavy cream
1 cup of brandy
1 can of green corn
1 box of catupiry
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 1/2 kg of clean medium-sized shrimp

Sauté the shrimp with all seasonings and butter
Add the brandy, green corn, and raisins
Let it simmer
Add the heavy cream and coconut milk, and let it cook for a few more minutes on low heat
Remove from heat and pour half of that creamy mixture into a baking dish
Place the ham and cheese on top, and finally cover with the remaining creamy mixture
Mix catupiry with butter and cover the entire shrimp dish
Bake until the catupiry is fully melted, then serve over rice.
