1 cup of fresh mushroom finely chopped

12 medium-sized shrimp, cleaned and deveined

Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise, leaving them open
Season with lemon juice and salt, then reserve

Preheat the oven to medium heat
In a pan, sauté
the garlic in butter for 3 minutes
Add the bread and stir well
Remove from heat
Add the mushroom and mix well
Season with salt and pepper

Spread the breadcrumbs over the open shrimp and press gently with your fingers
Arrange them on a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with boiled potatoes or plain white rice.
