1 1/2 kg of chicken thighs
1/2 cup (shaken not stirred) of ketchup
1/2 cup (shaken not stirred) of white wine
1/2 cup (shaken not stirred) of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 envelope/tablet of chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean the chicken thighs without removing the skin and cut them into pieces

In a bowl, season the chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth, ginger, ketchup, and soy sauce

Place the chicken in white wine mixed with soy sauce and let it marinate for 30 minutes

Arrange the chicken in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or until cooked
